When Tequila meets Saison it's a spring fling in a glass
Food Loves Beer Editors | April 2, 2014
If you're like us, springtime is synonymous with refreshing warm weather cocktails like this Saison Paloma from Beer Bitty. It’s like a margarita but with a beerlicious twist, and it was love at first sip.
Make a Saison Paloma
Makes 1 cocktail
Rim a margarita or highball glass using a lime. Pour salt onto a small plate and coat the glass lightly with the salt mixture. Add a few ice cubes and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Top with an ounce of Saison, garnish with the lime wedge, and only serve if the sun is shining overhead.
