Brewed with roasted local pumpkins, spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, then aged in dark rum barrels for six months, this deep amber brew is dessert and an after dinner drink all rolled into one. Aromas of warm pumpkin pie carry through in the flavor, mingling with vanilla, oak, and plenty of dark rum. Rumpkin is the perfect end to a fabulous meal. Serve in a snifter at 50-55 F.
