Dry hopping adds ultimate hop flavors and aroma.
Food Loves Beer Editors
Aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest burst forth from this deep golden pale ale, followed by caramel and freshly cut grass. The flavor begins with lightly toasted malt and caramel, and then quickly becomes a festival of citrus and woodsy hops. It finishes with a lingering bitterness. The body is light, as would be expected of a lower alcohol beer, making it the perfect start to a fine meal. Serve in a cervoise glass or tulip Pokal glass at 43-50 F.
Suggested Food Pairings: The balance of sweet malt and hops in Wyld Extra Pale Ale plays nicely against the delicate bitterness of a fresh, seasonal Shaved Baby Artichokes and Tuscan Kale Salad, the starting course in our organic beer dinner.
