This Grand Cru is truly a showpiece among beers.
St. Feuillien Grand Cru is a big and lively beer that’s refermented in the bottle, giving it a thick and rocky head when poured. The aroma begins with the unmistakable character of noble hops (think Czech pilsners and classic German lagers), and then blossoms into wildflower honey and spicy yeast. Belgian candi sugar and light malt flavors meld with starfruit, fresh hay, and cracked black pepper followed by a lingering finish that is warming and pleasantly bitter.
Serve in a tulip or cervoise glass at 40-45 F.
Suggested Food Pairings: Saint Andre, baked ham, and pineapple upside-down cake complement the tropical flavors and hops of St. Feuillien Grand Cru.
