Here's a dish inspired by the classic moules marinière.
Wonderful as a starter or main course, this very simple dish takes one pot cooking to another level. The witbier becomes surprisingly mellow when cooked with the carrots, onions, celery and butter though the flavors still come through. Add a crusty baguette for ultimate enjoyment!
