We rarely need an excuse to indulge in a sweet pairing, but when it comes to Valentine’s Day, we’re all about the chocolate! So, we asked Vanessa Heine aka The Beer Cook to put an extra decadent spin on her mini Choklat cheesecakes recipe using Young's Double Chocolate Stout. Did she deliver? We think so. She used the dark chocolate-rich stout in both the filling and the sauce creating a palate-titillating, adult version of cookies and cream that couldn’t be more sinfully delicious.
You’ll have to try the recipe to find out, but there’s nothing sweeter than serving your sweetie something sweet, especially when you make it yourself.
