When Stone Brewing asked Food Loves Beer to create a dish to pair with their new saison, we were thrilled. Only we had so many dishes in mind we didn't think we'd be able to settle on just one. But, as soon as we tasted Stone Saison, we knew that the salty-sweet, spicy flavors of Korean Barbecued Short Ribs with Kimchi Fried Rice would be perfectly complemented by the beer’s complex spiciness and long, herbal finish.
