Make Ahead: You can make these crackers the day before and store them in an airtight container. If prepared more than one day in advance, store them in the refrigerator until the morning of the meal. The dough can be made up to one week in advance. Just wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before rolling.
